Brand Studio is Atlas Copcos internal Competence Center for Communication, Branding and Graphic Design. Our mission is to provide high end communication solutions and graphic design productions to all companies and functions within the Atlas Copco Group worldwide and to safeguard the brand identity of all brands in the Group.
We are now looking for a passionate communication professional with experience in web and content development. You will be part of the communication team at Brand Studio but be solely dedicated to working for the Industrial Vacuum division in close connection with the divisional communication team and take your directions from the communication manager in Germany.
This is a key position connecting Brand Studios creative services with our global customers. If you thrive on translating needs and requirements to creative and relevant communication solutions and ensuring high quality execution within set timelines and budgets then this is the job for you!

This is a true multitasking position were you will be expected to work on a multitude of communication projects for Industrial Vacuum including managing all Industrial Vacuum jobs within Brand Studio. Much focus will be placed on web and online projects for which you will be expected to create and execute content.
The task and responsibilities include but are not limited to:
- Create web content and manage and follow up SEO results
- Develop communication collateral aligned with divisional strategies
- Managing the communications projects for your division within Brand Studio from brief to delivery
- Project management including research of content/images, collecting information, benchmarking solutions, planning activities and project administration
- Coordination with the internal creative team for execution as well as external partners for outsourced jobs

The individual will be responsible for:
Understanding in a timely manner that marketing work is needed for example, tracking a tweeting client so we can respond, knowing about a go-live in good time to create the publicity machine (including ensuring the client-facing team know how to gain permission for publicity), owning the event and award calendar and planning the activities in time, maximizing the usage of client references.
Making sure all client-facing and other relevant staff know where the repository of marketing assets is and that they actually use them, in the right way. Owning the masters including the knowledge of which marketing assets to be used in which part of the sales cycle to which audience, and managing version control.
Ensuring the message content is up to the quality standards (normally will be provided by Brand or Product Marketing) and ensuring it is tailored to all relevant audiences.
Considering all formats (eg blog, video, inshot, etc etc) and choosing the right ones for each audience. Both print and digital are used extensively.
Leveraging and repurposing the content along all channels.
Keeping a clean, up-to-date master of targets for messages, with filter criteria and using the CRM system, working with client-facing people in the company.
Delivering messages accurately, with superb English, stunning look and feel (using the creative team in corporate marketing or elsewhere as needed) in a timely manner and so that it is read and creates a positive reaction.
Ensuring a call for action is included and taken up, whether a web site visit, a return email, a telephone call, a retweet/report/like/comment, an invitation acceptance, a meeting or demo request, or whatever.
Measurements of all channels including social media, SEO and newer forms of communication eg 10-second videos.
Full, action-oriented MIS
The individual will have to work closely with the corporate marketing team, based in Chennai, and will manage two people directly in India (one in Mumbai, one in Chennai), but that would be expected to grow as success is delivered.
1.1 Requirements & skills
Professional digital marketing skills with 10+ years experience.
A clear understanding of modern digital marketing.
Ability to close the loop and create a loyal following.
Track record of creating action-oriented marketing MIS that leads to process improvement.
Fast and agile but accurate and an excellent eye for detail.
Knowledge of an intimate B2B market.
Knowledge of banking, ideally business/corporate banking, including Sibos, a strong advantage.
Superb organizational skills and track record in creating a smooth, sufficient machine in India (one that does the right thing, including in unusual situations).
An approach that is calm and views the machine almost in an engineering sense.
Self-starting, able to work to outcomes without needing high maintenance oversight.
Strong English and some graphic sense. Hindi and Tamil both beneficial, although the official company language is English.
Can manage to a budget.
Ability to manage and mentor a small team, and mentor individuals from other teams.
